TOPRO was established in October 1997 as a dedicated IC design company. It supplies IC products for display panel drivers, LCD TV controllers, consumer electronics and PC peripherals. TOPRO's headquarters are in the Hsinchu Science Park, and it has an office in Taipei to serve customers. It set up an office in Shenzhen, China in March 2002. TOPRO aims to make a contribution to Taiwan's information hardware industry via its outstanding technology and products.
